Terms of Service

Effective 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you download or use Warsha, a free Mac app developed by Ahmed Mahmoud (@ahmedmahmoudo on GitHub), and this website. By using Warsha, you agree to them.

Using Warsha

Warsha is free. It runs on your Mac and connects to the GitHub, Linear and Google accounts you choose to connect. You're responsible for those accounts, and for following GitHub's, Linear's and Google's own terms when you use them through Warsha. Don't use Warsha to break the law or anyone else's rights.

Your data

Your data stays yours, and on your Mac. The Privacy Policy explains what Warsha reads and how to remove it.

Actions you take

Some features act on your accounts when you ask them to, such as updating a pull request's branch or posting why you parked a ticket. Check what you're doing before you confirm: those changes are made with your accounts, and you're responsible for them.

No warranty

Warsha is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. It may contain bugs, show information that's out of date or incomplete, or stop working when the services it connects to change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the developer isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or work, arising from your use of Warsha, even if told they were possible.

Changes and ending

These terms may change; the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. You can stop using Warsha at any time by disconnecting your accounts and deleting the app.
